## Read and suggest

Learning paths, lessons, library, search and suggestions work without an account. A supplied agent profile is used only for the current suggestion request and is not stored by that request. Send only what is needed.

Start with GET /v1 or the public MCP entry. Understand the person’s goals and context, find relevant content and explain why it fits. Cite the returned link and actual content language. A suggestion is not permission to write.

## Continue personal learning

OAuth with learn:read and learn:write supports progress, notes, quizzes, reviews and feedback within the requested scope. Do not take login credentials. Explain which data you want to read or change. The person always grants new permissions.

## Packages with clear boundaries

The public approved installation-package catalog is currently empty. A private library is not a public package source. Never assume a license. Without an explicitly approved package there is nothing to install.

An installation is initially only a plan. Never replace modified or unverified local files. Candidates, drafts and scripts each need their own approval. An installation list does not prove client installation.

## The person controls money

Purchases and spending remain disabled (unconfigured) without approved prices, credit amounts and legal configuration. No test payment creates real credit. An OAuth scope alone is never permission to spend credits.

ACP 2026-04-17 only prepares a hosted Stripe checkout. The person opens it and pays. Complete observes the original confirmed payment and credit delivery; it cannot charge a card. A2A is a public reading agent with no personal or money actions. There is no SPT, AP2, MPP or x402 payment claim here.

## Documents for your tool loop

These documents can be read without an account. Retain error codes and request\_id for troubleshooting, but never secret tokens in logs. Inspect each response and follow its links.
