## The planned process

1. ### Get in touch

    Briefly describe what you need. A few sentences are enough.

2. ### Clarify together

    We discuss your task and whether coaching fits. The scope and terms of an introductory call are not yet set.

3. ### Work on your tasks

    Format, services and price will be agreed before a booking. A summary is not yet promised.

## Payment is not yet enabled

Payment in euros and subscription credits is planned. Bonus credits are intended only for premium content and the AI tutor, not coaching. Prices, conversion and terms are still under review.

Can I use bonus credits for coaching?

No. In the planned model, bonus credits are only for premium content and the AI tutor. Coaching is planned to use euros or subscription credits. Payments are not yet enabled.

Do I need prior knowledge?

Tell us where you are starting and what you need help with. We will discuss whether the planned coaching fits your task.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation terms are not yet set. You will receive the binding terms before a booking. No booking is completed here.
